Internationally acclaimed advertising and customer service guru, Ian spoke last year for the 6th time at the world’s largest real estate convention, NAR (National Association of Realtors) Convention, USA. He is the only person outside of North America ever to be invited to speak more than 4 times - testimony to his credibility as an international authority in his field. Ian has been delivering his programs throughout Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA and UK, since 1994 and in 2006 was also double keynote speaker, on Advertising and Customer Service, at the NAEA [National Association of Estate Agents] Congress in London.  Further, a Google search for "Real Estate Customer Service Ideas books" shows Ian's recently released book as number one and two, worldwide.

Cristine Castle

President of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales

Cristine Castle is the President of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales which is Australia's largest professional body representing the interests of residential, rural, industrial and commercial real estate agents, auctioneers, valuers and property managers.

Cristine Castle is the first female President of the Institute in its 96 years. She is a licensed, practicing real estate agent with over 30 years experience, specialising in residential sales. She has a host of industry awards including the NSW industry's highest honor, the 'Woodrow Weight' Award for Excellence, and has been PRD Nationwide’s Sales Person of the Year for NSW no less than three times and one of the State's top five salespeople 15 times. Also, PRD Nationwide's National Sales Person of the Year and in the national top five four times.

She was also the company's Auction Sales Person in NSW three years in a row; in its top five 7 times and was National Auction Sales Person of the Year three years running, finishing in the top five, four times.

Cristine is a member of the prestigious Gold Million Dollar Sales Club. She has 58 gold and platinum sales awards and has served on the Board of the Real Estate Institute of NSW for more than 10 years, as well as being an industry representative on the NSW Government's Property Services Advisory Council, advising a number of Fair Trading Ministers.
